If unsatisfied for any sort of reason and the item has not been opened or damaged (Exclusions include shipping*) Then under our Promise* a customer may return the product to our MICHIGAN WAREHOUSE within 28 days after delivery and receive a FULL REFUND.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Our goal is to offer you free and fast delivery no matter what part of the world you are in. Every week we are sending out hundreds or thousands of packages to happy customers around the world. Since most of our products are highly unique and not found in stores, it can take a long time to get them especially after an influx of orders.
As a rule of thumb, the shipping can be broken down into two parts:
Processing time: 3-5 business days is usually what is takes for us to process a order where we verify and check the order, locate product, arrange packaging, create shipping label and send it to our shipping company partner. You might face a scenario where we as Zarf Store have sent to you a tracking number, but you won't see a tracking information on it. Please allow 2-4 additional days as our shipping partner is processing your order.
Shipping time: this is the time it takes to get from our shipping partner facility to your home. International shipping usually requires 2-4 weeks, however please allow up to 2 extra weeks due to the current logistic difficulties the world is going thru. USA orders are usually faster and can take less time to arrive. Almost all orders are sent out with ePacket, which is a US postal service product. This means you get a tracking number you can follow up with.
